Fair Processing Notice (FPN) & Guidance

The first principle of the Data Protection Act 1998 states that Data Controllers must process personal data fairly and lawfully. To ensure compliance with this principle schools should issue a fair processing notice to all parents and / or pupils. Please find below the LA guidance and suggested text for FPNs.
