Welcome to KCC's Race and Ethnicity Staff Group.

UNITE was launched as a corporate group in June 1999. Its main purpose is to support all BME* workers employed by Kent County Council, to enable them to carry out their duties and responsibilities in the absence of all forms of discrimination.

All BME Staff are welcome.

*BME - the definition of BME for this purpose includes all racial and ethnic groups exlcuding white british.
