There are six Local Learning Networks (LLNs) across Kent. Each LLN covers three or four Local Children’s Services Partnerships (LCSPs). All schools belong to a Network.
LLNs are led by staff within the localities, are largely autonomous, and have set up their own leadership and structures supported by a dedicated project officer from Advisory Service Kent. The membership/key contacts can be found on the individual LLN pages.
A key role of the LLNs is to consider training need and to set an appropriate bespoke package of CPD in response. This bespoke training complements core training offered by Advisory Service Kent (ASK), other training offered by Children Families and Education (CFE), and external training offered by other partners and the private sector.
