Baby Massage Courses -Wednesdays 1:00pm-2:00pm & Thursdays 9:30am-10:30am

Baby massage courses are run regularly for parents with babies aged 8 weeks - 6 months.  Each session is approximately an hour long and the course runs for six weeks.  Massage is a lovely skill for any new parent to learn. Please call us on 01303 271838 or pop into the centre to book your place and to find out more.
 
Baby Caterpillars -Mondays 1:00pm-2:30pm at the centre 
Parent & Baby Group for babies under 12 months.  Come along and introduce your baby to a wide range of play experiences and meet other families.
 
Well Baby Clinic - Wednesdays 12 noon - 2:30pm at the centre 
Pop along to this drop in session.  Child Health professionals are on hand for advice and support and to weigh your baby. 

Baby Health Talks - coming soon

Information Visits 
Once your baby has arrived, one of the Community Involvement Workers from the centre can come to visit you at home and introduce the centre's current groups/sessions.  Let your Health Visitor know if you would like a visit.
 
Home Safety Packs 
Home safety packs are available through the centre along with home safety advise to help prevent simple household accidents.  Home safety sessions are run regularly in the Baby Caterpillars group too, so make sure you register so that we can let you know when these sessions are run.
