Our Mission Statement:

We believe that the greatest resource that any community can have is it's children and our purpose is to support and nurture all children and their families to reach their fullest potential.

Newlands Children's Centre team recognises the complexities of family life and strive to create a non-judgemental environment where parents can discuss the challenges that face them and seek appropriate support to encourage to ensure that the rich resource of children in our community is nurtured to its full potential.

What do we offer?

Families with children under 5 years old come to Newlands Children's Centre to access a wide variety of services.

This can start from seeing the midwife to moving onto age appropriate groups where they can help their child to reach the ages and stages, as well as support and advice for themselves.

In July 2012 Ofsted graded us as good with outstanding safeguarding and care, guidance and support.

Newlands welcomes parent participation through attending parent forums to volunteering.
