Sessions and Activities

At Riverside, we are open throughout all holidays, except bank holidays.   Please feel free to make any comments or suggestions as your thoughts and ideas are very important to us.   For more information please call the centre on 01474 535301. All our activities are free and open to all children under 5 years.

Baby Talk: A time for parents and carers to meet and share their experiences with babies.  (Non-walking babies only)Thursdays 9.30am-11.30am

Baby Clinic: For weighing, advice and support from your Health team.Please arrive 15 minutes before the session ends and bring along your childs red book.Thursdays 9.15am-11.30am

Breast Feeding Support Group: Share your experiences with other mums in a fun and relaxing enviroment.Fridays 12pm-2pm

Talk Time - basic chatting in English, to improve language skills. Childrfen and Parents/Carers learning alongside each other.

Stay and Play: Family fun with craft, singing, toys and lots of fun activities.Mondays and Tuesdays from 9.30 am

Moving and Grooving - join in with singing, music and movement

Parenting Classes: An informal, discussion based group to help provide positive family relationships

Health Trainers: Helping people to develop healthier behaviours and lifestyles in their own communities.With practical support to help people to change their behaviour and acheive their own choices and life goals.
