Purpose of the Service

The Service works in partnership with Local Children's Trust Boards (LCTBs), schools, partner agencies, minority communities, children, young people, parents and carers in order to improve access to education for, and raise achievement of, children and young people from bilingual and Ethnic Minority backgrounds.
