Kent Admissions & Transport have uploaded the lists of secondary school destinations for Year 6 pupils onto the S2S website. However, it has come to our attention that the security settings of many schools' computers are blocking the downloading of documents.

Please take a moment to issue these instructions to whoever needs them, if this doesn't work then your school IT technician or EIS should be contacted.

We advise that you first enable prompting for file downloads (see instructions below) which in most cases solves the problem. Please try this before attempting a download, but bear in mind that if you attempt to download a file and it doesn't work the file will disappear from the site and need uploading again by the Admissions and Transport team. To save you a phone call, please try adjusting the security settings first.

In Internet Explorer...

Go to TOOLS

Click on INTERNET OPTIONS

Then SECURITY

Look for CUSTOM LEVEL

Find the line that says: "AUTOMATIC PROMPTING FOR FILE DOWNLOAD"

This needs to be ENABLED.
